【摘要】 以核桃加工下腳料核桃殼部分或全部代替常用培養(yǎng)料中木屑、玉米芯進(jìn)行刺芹側(cè)耳(Pleurotuseryngii)(杏鮑菇)栽培研究。結(jié)果表明,使用核桃殼代替玉米芯的配方1(木屑34%,核桃殼30%,米糠20%,麩皮10%,玉米粉5%,石灰1%)栽培刺芹側(cè)耳,發(fā)菌快(滿菌時(shí)間25 d)、子實(shí)體含氮量高(2.83%),單瓶產(chǎn)量(193.3 g)與使用常規(guī)培養(yǎng)料栽培(202.0 g)相近,效果理想。
【Abstract】 The effect of replacing the sawdust and corn cob components of a growth substrate used for cultivating Pleurotus eryngii with varying concentrations of walnut shells and walnut coats on the yield and quality of mushroom fruit bodies was determined.The shortest spawn run period(25 d) was achieved following cultivation on a substrate consisting of 34% sawdust,30% walnut shell,10% wheat bran,5% corn powder,20% rice bran and 1% lime.Under these conditions,fruit body yields were 193.3 g/bottle,and th...
