【摘要】 以菌絲生物量為評價指標(biāo),對液體搖瓶培養(yǎng)柱狀田頭菇(Agrocybe cylindracea)的碳氮源、接種量及培養(yǎng)時間進行研究,篩選出培養(yǎng)的適宜條件,并將外源激素6-芐基腺嘌呤(6-benzylaminopurine,6-BA)、2,4-二氯苯氧乙酸(2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid,2,4-D)、吲哚乙酸(indole-3-acetic acid,IAA)、萘乙酸(α-naphthaleneacetic acid,NAA)添加于液體培養(yǎng)基中探討其加快菌絲體繁殖的可能性。結(jié)果表明,柱狀田頭菇液體發(fā)酵適宜的培養(yǎng)基組成為(/L):馬鈴薯200 g,小麥粉20 g,酵母粉1 g,MgSO43 g,KH2PO42 g,VB110 mg。培養(yǎng)條件以250 mL搖瓶裝液量100 mL,接種量100 mL/L,培養(yǎng)9 d終止發(fā)酵為宜;外源激素NAA能極顯著提高菌絲生物量。
