【摘要】 在冬季日光溫室中采用全光照栽培管理模式,研究了全光照對平菇產(chǎn)量及品質(zhì)的影響。結(jié)果表明,全光照培養(yǎng)條件下收獲的平菇菇形緊湊,菌柄顯著變短,菌蓋顏色較深,含水量降低,具有較高的蛋白質(zhì)及脂肪含量。全光照對提高平菇品質(zhì)有積極的作用,但對產(chǎn)量的提高作用不顯著。
【Abstract】 A study was executed by culturing Pleurotus ostreatus with full illumination in winter solar-greenhouse in order to research the effect of full illumination on the yield and quality of Pleurotus ostreatus.The results showed that full illumination significantly make the shape of Pleurotus ostreatus more compact than the control group,deepened the color of pileus,reduced the length of stipe and the moisture of fruit body,improved the protein cotent and fat content.Full illumination had positive ef...
