【摘要】 本研究觀察了野生和栽培蛹蟲草菌株在繼代培養(yǎng)過程中主要生物學(xué)性狀的變化。結(jié)果顯示,隨著培養(yǎng)代數(shù)的增加,蛹蟲草的生物學(xué)性狀發(fā)生了明顯的改變,表現(xiàn)為菌絲生長速率逐漸下降,菌落顏色逐漸變淡并有角突變出現(xiàn),產(chǎn)孢量明顯減少,子實體形成能力也逐漸減弱甚至不能產(chǎn)生。為防止蛹蟲草菌株的退化,應(yīng)盡量減少在人工培養(yǎng)基上的培養(yǎng)代數(shù)。
【Abstract】 The main biological characteristics of the wild and cultivated strains of Cordyceps militaris during successive transfer culture were observed.The results indicated that the biological characteristics of Cordyceps militaris changed distinctly with the increase of culture generations.The mycelial growth rate slowed down,the colony color gradually faded with the appearance of colony sector,the sporulation decreased dramatically,and the ability of fruiting body formation degenerated or even failed ...
