【摘要】 本研究采用胃毒觸殺聯合法測定了70%吡蟲啉對黑腹果蠅和厲眼蕈蚊幼蟲的室內防治效果,并采用平板加藥法研究了吡蟲啉對平菇等4種食用菌菌絲生長的影響,同時測定了其在平菇和秀珍菇中的殘留。研究結果顯示,當藥劑濃度達到140μg.mL-1時不僅可以很好地防治黑腹果蠅,同時可以控制厲眼蕈蚊的為害。在預設藥劑濃度下,吡蟲啉對平菇和秀珍菇菌絲生長影響不大,且4 d后農藥殘留量未超過有關標準,但對雙孢蘑菇和香菇菌絲的生長具有顯著的抑制作用。
