【摘要】 為篩選蛹蟲草(Cordyceps militaris)子實(shí)體的抗腫瘤和免疫活性部位,采用系統(tǒng)溶劑法,分別用氯仿、乙酸乙酯、95%的無水乙醇、沸水(100℃)、3%草酸銨和5%NaOH依次提取并計算提取物得率,且測定了沸水提取物、草酸銨提取物、NaOH提取物1和2的多糖含量。采用體外抗腫瘤模型測定了氯仿提取物、乙酸乙酯提取物和乙醇提取物對腫瘤細(xì)胞L1210和SW620的抑制活性;采用體外免疫增殖試驗(yàn)?zāi)P蜏y定了沸水提取物、草酸銨提取物和NaOH提取物1和2的免疫活性。結(jié)果表明,乙酸乙酯提取物對腫瘤細(xì)胞L1210和SW620的抑制效果最好,當(dāng)乙酸乙酯提取物濃度為200μg/mL時,抑制率分別為(85.2±2.5)%和(67.7±6.3)%;體外免疫活性測定結(jié)果表明,草酸銨提取物刺激小鼠脾淋巴細(xì)胞后的增殖活性最高,當(dāng)濃度為500μg/mL時細(xì)胞增殖率為(312.0±7.2)%,與陽性對照PHA的細(xì)胞增殖率(329.3±3.0)%相當(dāng)。
