【摘要】 對(duì)硫磺菌(Laetiporus sulphureus)液體發(fā)酵菌絲粗多糖進(jìn)行體內(nèi)抗腫瘤研究,結(jié)果表明:硫磺菌粗多糖對(duì)Lewis肺癌的體內(nèi)最大抑制作用為35.7%,粗多糖組對(duì)胸腺和脾臟的影響顯著小于環(huán)磷酰胺。
【Abstract】 The antitumor activity of crude polysaccharide from Laetiporus sulphureus mycelium grown in submerged cultured was determined using Lewis lung cancer-bearing mice as the test model.Inhibitory effects on tumor growth were highest(35.7%) in mice administered 100 mg/mL of crude polysaccharide.However,spleen and thymus indices and animal weights were significant higher in polysaccharide-treated mice compared to positive control mice administered cyclophosphamide.
