【摘要】 以4個生產(chǎn)上常用的靈芝(Ganoderma lucidum)菌株為親本,用原生質(zhì)體單核化技術(shù)獲取單核體材料,按4個組合在不同親本的單核體間配對雜交,以鎖狀聯(lián)合為細胞標記共選出17個雜交子,比較了這些雜交子的菌絲生長速度、搖瓶培養(yǎng)菌絲的三萜和總糖量,為后繼的育種工作提供親本材料選擇基礎(chǔ)。
【Abstract】 Protoplast monokaryons derived from four Ganoderma lucidum parental strains were crossed according to four pairing groups,and the appearance of clamp connections was used to identify hybrids.The growth rate,and triterpene and total sugar contents,of mycelia produced by 17 selected hybrids grown in submerged culture were compared.Analysis of the hybrids derived from the different pairing groups should facilitate the selection of those parental strains best suited for hybridization programs.
