【摘要】 通過塵埃粒子計數(shù)器測定杏鮑菇工廠不同凈化區(qū)域中不同粒徑的塵埃粒子數(shù)量,并根據潔凈度等級國際標準和國家標準分析空氣潔凈度級別;采用平皿沉降法測定空氣中微生物數(shù)量。統(tǒng)計2009年工廠生產期39月,所有栽培種從接種至搔菌階段的污染瓶數(shù)按接種月份統(tǒng)計,并與該統(tǒng)計月份的微生物數(shù)量比較。結果表明,杏鮑菇工廠栽培區(qū)各凈化區(qū)域在檢測期間空氣潔凈度均較高,塵埃粒子數(shù)量、霉菌數(shù)量均與高度、溫度呈正相關;細菌數(shù)量、霉菌數(shù)量與塵埃粒子數(shù)呈顯著正相關。高溫季節(jié),霉菌、細菌數(shù)量增加,此時生產污染率也達最高值,故認為生產污染率與微生物群落變化相關,高溫時,需加大降溫、除塵、消毒等措施的力度,方可降低微生物數(shù)量,減少污染率,該廠污染率在8‰以下,其潔凈度可作為生產參考值。
【Abstract】 The numbers of dust particles of different diameter and the microbial loads in seven designated clean areas within a Pleurotus eryngii commercial cultivation facility were determined and compared to the ISO 14644 standard of air cleanliness.We also compared the level of contamination occurring among the mushroom cultivation bottles and the microbial loads within the facility during the production period from March to September,2009.Our data indicated a relatively high level of cleanliness in the...
