【摘要】 概述蛋白質(zhì)組學(xué)研究技術(shù),總結(jié)其在食用菌研究上的應(yīng)用,并展望其發(fā)展前景。
【Abstract】 The main techniques associated with proteomics research including protein extraction,isolation and identification are summarized,and the prospects for the application of proteomics to edible fungi research are reviewed.
