【摘要】 食用菌生物反應(yīng)器生產(chǎn)外源蛋白質(zhì)是近年來新興的研究熱點。本文綜述了以食用菌作為生物反應(yīng)器表達生產(chǎn)外源蛋白的特點及其遺傳轉(zhuǎn)化系統(tǒng)的研究現(xiàn)狀和存在問題;最后結(jié)合本實驗室在該領(lǐng)域的研究情況闡述了食用菌遺傳轉(zhuǎn)化系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用前景。
【Abstract】 Production of exogenous proteins using edible fungi as bioreactors has recently been the focus of considerable research interest.In this review,we describe the special qualities of edible fungi as bioreactors for expressing and producing exogenous protein,and the problems associated with the development of suitable genetic transformation systems.The applied perspectives of these bioreactors are discussed.
