【摘要】 紫丁香蘑(Lepista nuda)色澤鮮艷,香味濃郁,口感極佳,具有很高的營養(yǎng)價值和藥用價值,是珍稀的食藥用菌。為加快其開發(fā)利用及深入研究,本文從紫丁香蘑的分類地位、生態(tài)分布、形態(tài)特征、化學成分、營養(yǎng)價值、藥用價值、菌絲生物學特性、馴化栽培及重金屬富集特性等方面進行了綜述,并對紫丁香蘑的開發(fā)前景進行了分析和展望,以期為廣大研究者提供一些參考。
【Abstract】 Lepista nuda,an edible/medicinal fungus,is highly valued for its lustrous color,fragrant flavor and delicious taste.The taxonomic status,ecological distribution,morphological characteristics of the vegetative mycelium and fruit bodies,chemical constituents,nutritional and medicinal attributes,heavy metal accumulation traits,and domestication and cultivation of L.nuda have been reviewed.The prospects for future development and utilization of this mushroom are discussed.
