【摘要】 對(duì)收集到的36個(gè)灰樹(shù)花(Grifola frondosa)菌株在人工控制的環(huán)境條件下進(jìn)行品比試驗(yàn),為工廠(chǎng)化生產(chǎn)選擇表現(xiàn)優(yōu)良的菌株。共進(jìn)行4輪篩選,從出菇正常的15個(gè)菌株中選擇4個(gè)表現(xiàn)良好的菌株進(jìn)行擴(kuò)大栽培,對(duì)其穩(wěn)定性進(jìn)行研究。篩選出原基形成率高、抗逆性好的2個(gè)來(lái)自慶元的菌株(灰M良和灰M云)用于人工控制條件下生產(chǎn)。
【Abstract】 Thirty six Grifola frondosa strains obtained from sources in China,USA,Norway,Japan,Slovenia and Korea were cultivated in an artificially controlled environment.After the first cultivation cycle,15 strains were scored as fruiting normally,and four of these strains were selected on the basis of superior characteristics(fruiting rate,biological efficiency) exhibited after a second cultivation cycle.Two strains,Hui M liang and Hui M yun,were further selected as suitable candidates for industrial-sc...
