【摘要】 采用拌料處理的方法探討不同濃度的滅蠅胺和除蟲脲在常壓和高壓滅菌后對秀珍菇(Pleurotus geesteranus)古田山多菌蚊(Docosia gutiuushana)的防治效果。出菇實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:試驗(yàn)范圍內(nèi),滅蠅胺最低濃度62.5 mg/L在常壓滅菌、高壓滅菌后防治效果分別為75%、50%;除蟲脲最低濃度15 mg/L在常壓滅菌、高壓滅菌后防治效果分別為74%、80%;除蟲脲的防治效果好于滅蠅胺,兩者殘留量均符合美國、日本最低殘留限量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
【Abstract】 Different concentrations of cyromazin and diflubenzuron,pesticides that are registered for use in mushroom cultivation in the United States and Japan,were added separately to compost prior to exposure to either 100 ℃ for 10 h or 121 ℃ for 3 h to evaluate the field efficacy in controlling Docosia gutiuushana.Treatment with cyromazine at the minimal test concentration of 62.5 mg/L inhibited the incidence of D.gutiuushana by 75% and 50% after subsequent exposure of the compost to 100 ℃ for 10 h or ...
