【摘要】 以小鼠的肺指數(shù)為指標(biāo),研究廣東蟲草子實(shí)體對(duì)H9N2亞型禽流感病毒的抗性作用。結(jié)果表明:與病毒組相比,不同劑量廣東蟲草處理感染病毒小鼠的肺指數(shù)均有不同程度的降低;當(dāng)其劑量為0.27 g/kg.bw時(shí),肺指數(shù)抑制率可達(dá)22.1%,與病毒組相比差異顯著。
【Abstract】 Antiviral activity of Cordyceps guangdongensis against influenza virus H9N2 infections in mice was evaluated using the pulmonary index as the indicator.C.guangdongensis at a dose level of 0.27 g/kg body weight had a significant(P﹤0.05) antiviral effect and inhibited the pulmonary index by 22.1% compared with untreated controls.However,higher doses were less effective under the test conditions.
