【摘要】 研究不同培養(yǎng)條件對(duì)靈芝單核、雙核菌株生長(zhǎng)的影響,并分析其對(duì)環(huán)境適應(yīng)力的差異。不同單核菌株間生長(zhǎng)勢(shì)出現(xiàn)一定程度的差異性,單核菌絲在水分、溫度、pH值的適應(yīng)能力上弱于雙核菌絲,但在光照適應(yīng)性上強(qiáng)于雙核菌絲,單核菌絲生長(zhǎng)勢(shì)總體上弱于雙核菌絲。靈芝單核、雙核菌株都存在吐水現(xiàn)象,但單核對(duì)水分更敏感。靈芝單核菌株與雙核菌株在水分、溫度、pH、光照上都存在較大環(huán)境適應(yīng)力差異,雙核菌株對(duì)環(huán)境適應(yīng)能力要強(qiáng)于單核菌株。
【Abstract】 The growth in different culture conditions of mononuclear mycelia and dicaryotic mycelium of Ganoderma lucidum were compared and the differences of environmental adaptation were analyzed.The differences were existed in the growth rate of mononuclear mycelium in different strains.The adaptability in water,temperature and pH of mononuclear mycelium were weaker than that of dicaryotic mycelium while the adaptability in illumination intensity was opposite.The growth vigor of mononuclear mycelium was...
