【摘要】 試驗在平菇子實體生長期間采用不同濃度的蔗糖基聚合物進(jìn)行噴施處理,研究其對平菇產(chǎn)量和品質(zhì)影響。結(jié)果表明,在試驗濃度范圍內(nèi),蔗糖基聚合物對平菇具有顯著的增產(chǎn)增效作用。尤以濃度為2%的處理效果最好,鮮菇可增產(chǎn)23.8%,生物效率提高17.8%;子實體營養(yǎng)成分多糖、蛋白質(zhì)和維生素C含量也分別提高32.1%、31.3%和3.1%;此外一些對人體重要礦物元素(Ca、Mg、Fe、Mn、Zn、Cu)的含量也均有明顯提高。
【Abstract】 In order to study the effects of sucrose-based polymers on yield and quality in Oyster mushroom,sucrose-based polymers with different concentration on the culture of Oyster mushroom were applied.The results showed that the yields and quality of Oyster mushroom were risen remarkably,comparing with water treatment.Spraying 2% solution of sucrose-based polymers was found to be the best,the yields of fruiting was increased by 23.8% averagely,and the biological efficiency of Oyster mushroom reached 9...
