【摘要】 采用浸漬山藥飼喂法測定了46株蘇云金芽孢桿菌菌株對厲眼蕈蚊的活性。初步篩選結(jié)果表明,部分菌株對厲眼蕈蚊7日8日齡幼蟲具有一定的活性,其中BRC-LLP29和IPS82毒力相對較高,處理后48 h幼蟲校正死亡率可達(dá)87.93%和70.21%。復(fù)篩得出二者的LC50（96 h）分別為1.182×108 cfu.mL-1和1.977×108 cfu.mL-1。
【Abstract】 Bioassay of 46 strains of Bacillus thuringiensis to Lycoriella sp.had been carried out in this study.The results of preliminary screening indicated that larvae aged 7 d8 d of Lycoriella sp.were sensitive to some strains,and the virulence of BRC-LLP29 and IPS82 strains was relatively high.The corrected mortality was 87.93% and 70.21%,respectively.The concentration-mortality tests of the two strains showed BRC-LLP29 was better than IPS82 and their LC50 was 1.182×108 cfu·mL-1 and 1.977×1...
