【摘要】 在食用菌反季栽培生產(chǎn)的各環(huán)節(jié)中,受季節(jié)影響最大的就是子實體的形成,這是反季栽培能否成功的關(guān)鍵。因此,通過本項目的研究,探索出影響反季栽培促使子實體形成各種因子的調(diào)控技術(shù),更有效地保證反季栽培食用菌生產(chǎn)的成功。
【Abstract】 Throughout all stages of off-season edible fungi cultivation,the formation of fruiting bodies was the most affected by seasons,which was the key to successful off-season cultivation.Therefore,the present research aims at exploring the techniques of regulating various factors which facilitate the formation of fruiting bodies in off-season cultivation,and so as to ensure the success of edible fungi’s off-season cultivation effectively.
