【摘要】 羊肚菌菌絲和菌核的形成及形態(tài)變化多樣,了解掌握在不同營養(yǎng)栽培條件下的多態(tài)性規(guī)律是羊肚菌研究中的難題,對菌絲、菌核微觀和宏觀形態(tài)變化進行綜述,并對菌絲、菌核優(yōu)劣培養(yǎng)條件進行比較分析,為攻克菌核、菌絲多態(tài)性在羊肚菌研究中產(chǎn)生的難題及實現(xiàn)羊肚菌人工商業(yè)化生產(chǎn),提供數(shù)據(jù)及借鑒。 更多還原
