【摘要】 首次采用濾紙擴散法和平板涂布法對木蹄層孔菌Fomes fomentarius(L.:Fr.)Kick.子實體的水、甲醇、丙酮、乙酸乙酯、氯仿、石油醚等提取物進行了抑菌活性研究。結(jié)果表明,木蹄層孔菌各提取物對白色念珠菌JLC31680、白色念珠菌JLC31681、大腸桿菌ATCC 8099、金黃色葡萄球菌ATCC 6538均有不同程度的抑制作用。其中水提物與其他5個提取物相比,對金黃色葡萄球菌ATCC 6538的抑制作用最強,其次對大腸桿菌ATCC 8099,當濃度為100 mg.mL-1時,抑制率分別為95.54%和73.80%,最小抑菌濃度(MIC)分別是50 mg.mL-1、25 mg.mL-1。對白色念珠菌JLC31680和白色念珠菌JLC31681的抑制作用也較為明顯,當濃度為100 mg.mL-1時,抑菌率分別為33.06%和26.67%,最小抑菌濃度(MIC)分別是12.5 mg.mL-1、50 mg.mL-1。甲醇提取物與其他5個提取物相比,對大腸桿菌ATCC 8099和金黃色葡萄球菌ATCC 6538的抑制作用最強,當濃度為50 mg.mL-1時,抑菌率分別為99.39... 更多還原
