【摘要】 通過對引進的9個雙孢蘑菇菌株和當(dāng)?shù)刂髟云贩NAs2796的菌絲生長特性、生育期、子實體形狀、產(chǎn)量和生物學(xué)效率等的比較,結(jié)果表明,雙孢蘑菇菌株雙13、991和Ag23綜合性狀表現(xiàn)較好,出菇早,商品性好,生物學(xué)效率高,分別達到52.5%、51.8%和48.6%,較對照As2796增產(chǎn)10.0%、8.4%、1.7%。初步認(rèn)為3個菌株適合在高海拔地區(qū)夏季生產(chǎn)中應(yīng)用。 更多還原
【Abstract】 In order to select high quality strain,mycelial growth characteristics,growing period,fruit body morphology,yield and biological efficiency of nine Agaricus bisporus strains and local cultivars As2796 were compared.The results showed that the strain of double 13,991 and Ag23 had better comprehensive character,their biological efficiency can be up to 52.5%,51.8%,48.6% respectively and the yield increase by 10.0%,8.4%,1.7%.It is inferred that the three strains were suited for cultivation in high a... 更多還原
