【摘要】 利用球孢白僵菌MZ050724菌株株5種孢子懸浮液濃度(3.6×104個(gè)·mL-1~3.6×108個(gè)·mL-1),對(duì)平菇厲眼蕈蚊(Bradysia difformis)成蟲(chóng)、幼蟲(chóng)和蛹進(jìn)行室內(nèi)毒力測(cè)定。結(jié)果表明該菌株對(duì)異平菇厲眼蕈蚊具有較強(qiáng)致病力。孢子濃度3.6×108個(gè)·mL-1可造成大量平菇厲眼蕈蚊感染致死,其成蟲(chóng)、幼蟲(chóng)和蛹的累計(jì)校正死亡率分別為87.31%、92.93%和70.12%,成蟲(chóng)、幼蟲(chóng)和蛹第7天的LC50分別是2.865×105個(gè)·mL-1、2.685×105個(gè)·mL-1和9.063×105個(gè)·mL-1,而在濃度3.6×108個(gè)·mL-1時(shí)平菇厲眼蕈蚊成蟲(chóng)、幼蟲(chóng)和蛹的LT50分別為4.36 d、4.06 d和5.10 d。
【Abstract】 The virulence of Beauveria bassiana MZ050724 to Lycoriella pleuroti under five different concentrations from 3.6×104 spores·mL-1 to 3.6×108 spores·mL-1 was determined.The results indicated that the virulence of B.bassiana MZ050724 to adults and larvae of L.pleuroti was high.The mortality rate of adults,larvae and pupa were 87.31%,92.93% and 70.12% respectively,under the concentration of 3.6×108 spores·mL-1.On the 7th day,the LC50 of adults and larvae was 2.865×105 spores·mL-1,and the LC50 of pup...
