【摘要】 對匍匐型與氣生型5個蘑菇菌株進(jìn)行糞草發(fā)酵料室內(nèi)床式栽培比較試驗(yàn),經(jīng)菌絲生長、子實(shí)體性狀觀察和產(chǎn)量分析,結(jié)果表明氣生型Ag2號、Ag3號菌株及匍匐型1號菌株品質(zhì)好、產(chǎn)量較高,分別達(dá)11.30 kg.m-2、10.60 kg.m-2、9.80 kg.m-2,適合于甘肅中西部地區(qū)栽培生產(chǎn)。而Ag4號、Ag5號菌株產(chǎn)量低、品質(zhì)差,不適合該地區(qū)栽培。
【Abstract】 Through the comparative test of 5 prostrate and aerial-type mushrooms which were bed-planted indoor with fecal mate rial fermented grass,the growth of mycelial and the traits of fruiting body were observed,and the yield were analysed.The results showed that the qualities of strains aerial-type Ag2,Ag3 and the prostrate-type 1 were better and the yields were higher which can arrive respectively 11.30 kg.m-2,10.60 kg.m-2,9.80 kg.m-2.These strains were suitable for cultivation and production of cen...
