【摘要】 研究了在黑木耳栽培料中添加不同比例(5%、10%、20%、30%)的沙棘果渣,進(jìn)行不同黑木耳品種(黑威29、黑威11)出耳試驗,結(jié)果表明,添加5%20%的沙棘果渣對各品種菌絲生長均有促進(jìn)作用,黑木耳產(chǎn)量比對照組有明顯增加,并且相應(yīng)生產(chǎn)的黑木耳總黃酮含量也有明顯增加(差異極顯著p<0.001)。證明利用廢棄的沙棘果渣栽培黑木耳實際可行,并能提高黑木耳中總黃酮的含量。
【Abstract】 The cultivation of Auricularia auricular with the compound added the marc of seabuckthorn in different proportions(5%,10%,20%,30%) were studied.Different strains of Auricularia auricular(Heiwei 29,Heiwei 11) were used.The results showed that the cultivation materials added 5%20% the marc of seabuckthorn can stimulate the mycelial growth of Auricularia auricular and increase the production significantly compared with the control group.And the total flavonoids in Auricularia au-ricular had been i...
