【摘要】 本實(shí)驗(yàn)以2個(gè)金針菇航天誘變菌種(航金1號(hào)和航金2號(hào))和地面對(duì)照菌種(江山白)為材料,進(jìn)行了拮抗實(shí)驗(yàn)、菌絲生長(zhǎng)速度實(shí)驗(yàn)、抗雜性實(shí)驗(yàn)和酯酶同工酶分析實(shí)驗(yàn)研究,結(jié)果表明,金針菇航天種與對(duì)照之間有拮抗現(xiàn)象,但無(wú)拮抗線。航天搭載菌株的菌絲生長(zhǎng)速率比對(duì)照快,其中航金1號(hào)生長(zhǎng)速度最快。航金1號(hào)和航金2號(hào)均表現(xiàn)出較強(qiáng)的抗雜性,能抑制并蓋過(guò)霉菌菌絲生長(zhǎng)。通過(guò)酯酶同工酶聚丙烯酰胺凝膠電泳分析發(fā)現(xiàn),航金1號(hào)和航金2號(hào)與對(duì)照相比都出現(xiàn)了特異譜帶,說(shuō)明經(jīng)過(guò)航天誘變的菌株發(fā)生了一定的突變。

【Abstract】 In this experiment,the research materials were two kinds of space mutating strains of Flammulina velutipes(Hangjin Ⅰand Hangjin Ⅱ) and ground control check strains(Jiangshan bai).This experiment contains antagonistic experiments,mycelial growth rate test,the anti-miscellaneous text,esterase isozyme analysis,and through which we can conclude that there was antagonistic phenomenon between the space mutating strains and ground control check strains,but no antagonistic line.The mycelial growth rate ...
