【摘要】 以不切根處理香菇為對照,研究切根處理香菇在商品性、采后呼吸、感官指標(biāo)、蛋白含量和細(xì)胞膜透性方面與對照的差異,從理論上說明香菇采后應(yīng)進(jìn)行切根處理以提高其貯藏品質(zhì)和商品性,同時(shí)結(jié)合實(shí)踐從經(jīng)濟(jì)效益方面說明切根處理的可行性。
【Abstract】 In this paper,control of postharvest non-root-pruning treatment of Lentinula edodes,effects of root-pruning treatment on marketable quality,postharvest respiratory,sensory properties,protein contents and membrane permeability of Lentinula edo-des were investigated.From the theoretical explanation,postharvest Lentinula edodes should be cut roots to improve their storage characteristics and marketable quality.Combined with practical instructions,the feasibility of root-pruning were illustrated fro...
