【摘要】 甘肅省地處西北高原,地形復雜,氣候類型多樣,形成了雙孢蘑菇栽培模式的多樣化。從適宜區(qū)域、季節(jié)安排、栽培原料、品種選擇、栽培設施、栽培特點及安全高效生產(chǎn)的栽培技術要點等方面,介紹了甘肅省雙孢蘑菇栽培的3種技術模式,即河西走廊沿山冷涼區(qū)夏季反季節(jié)栽培技術模式、隴東南地區(qū)秋冬栽培技術模式和荒漠綠洲區(qū)越冬栽培技術模式。
【Abstract】 Gansu Province was located in northwest plateau, where the cultivation model of Agaricus bisporus varies were different from place to place because of the different topographic and climatic conditions. From the aspects of the suitable regional, the arrangement of producing season, cultivating materials, variety selection, installation, cultivation features, efficiently safe cultivation technique and so on, three kinds of technique mode of Agaricus bisporus cultivation in Gansu Province were present, including technique mode of off-season culture in cold areas of gansu corridor, culture technique mode of autumn winter in southeastern gansu and culture technique mode of overwintering in desert-oasis region.
