【摘要】 本試驗(yàn)對猴頭菇不同培養(yǎng)料配方和出菇溫度進(jìn)行研究,結(jié)果表明,配方3的產(chǎn)量最高,第一潮菇和第二潮菇的產(chǎn)量分別達(dá)到了148.2g·袋-1和125.6g·袋-1;出菇溫度維持在16℃左右,出菇周期最短并且產(chǎn)量最高,出菇時間為26d。
【Abstract】 In this paper the effects of different substrate formulate and fruiting temperature on the growth of Hericium erinaceus (Bull. Fr.) Pers. were studied. The results showed that the highest yield reached in formula 3, and the production of the first wave and the second wave were up to 148.2 g·bag-1 and 125.6 g·bag-1. When the fruiting temperature was maintained at 16℃, the shortest fruiting time and the highest yield can be attained. The fruiting time was 26 d.
