【摘要】 對(duì)桑樹(shù)桑黃的子實(shí)體和發(fā)酵菌粉的氨基酸、礦物質(zhì)元素以及多糖等主要活性成分的含量進(jìn)行了分析比較。結(jié)果表明,桑樹(shù)桑黃子實(shí)體和發(fā)酵菌粉均含有17種氨基酸,均以谷氨酸含量最高,必須氨基酸中都以亮氨酸含量最高。桑樹(shù)桑黃子實(shí)體和發(fā)酵菌粉中都含有人體必不可少的鈣、鐵、鋅等8種礦物質(zhì)元素。桑樹(shù)桑黃發(fā)酵菌粉多糖、黃酮含量均高于子實(shí)體。桑樹(shù)桑黃發(fā)酵菌粉黃酮含量為3.97%,多糖含量為12.8%;子實(shí)體黃酮含量為0.1%,多糖含量為4.76%。
【Abstract】 The chemical compositions of fruiting bodies and fermentation powder of Phellinus igniarius growing on mulberry tree were characterized in this investigation, including amino acid, mineral, fatty acids, polysccharrides and so on. The results showed that the fruiting bodies and fermentation powder of Phellinus igniarius growing on mulberry tree contatined 17 kinds of amino acids, both of which the glutamate among nonessential amino acid and the leucine among essential amino acid reached the highest level. Both fruiting bodies and fermentation powder of Phellinus igniarius growing on mulberry tree contained 8 minerals, such as calcium, iron and zinc, and were rich in polysaccharides and flavonoids. Both of polysaccharides and flavonoids of fermentation powder were more higher than them of fruiting bodies of Phellinus igniarius growing on mulberry tree.
