【摘要】 研究了尖頂羊肚菌胞外多糖提取物對(duì)黑腹果蠅壽命的影響。結(jié)果表明,尖頂羊肚菌胞外多糖提取物可明顯延長果蠅的壽命。濃度為0.2g·L-1的尖頂羊肚菌多糖提取物可使雌雄果蠅的平均壽命分別延長22.18%和30.27%;使雌雄果蠅的半數(shù)死亡時(shí)間分別延長20.55%和32.35%;使雌雄果蠅的最高壽命分別延長20.39%和31.52%。尖頂羊肚菌胞外多糖提取物對(duì)果蠅壽命的影響存在著性別差異,對(duì)雄性果蠅的延壽效果優(yōu)于對(duì)雌性果蠅。
【Abstract】 The influence of exopolysaccharide extract of Morchella conica on the longevity of fruit fly was reported in this paper. The results showed that the exopolysaccharide extract of Morchella conica could obviously lengthen life-span of fruit fly. Relative to the controls, when the fruit flies were fed by the exopolysaccharide extract of Morchella conica in the concentration of 0.2 g·L-1, the percentages increased 22.18% (female) and 30.27% (male) in the fruit flies’ averages of life-span. The percentages of life prolong were 20.55% (female) and 32.35% (male) in the fruit flies’ half death time and were 20.39% (female) and 31.52% (male) in the fruit flies’ maximum life-span compared with the controls. Moreover, the exopolysaccharide extract from Morchella conica had gender differences on the longevity of fruit fly, and it expressed a superior effect on the male fruit fly.
