【摘要】 豬肚菇是一種有著極大開(kāi)發(fā)前景的珍稀食用菌,對(duì)豬肚菇的學(xué)名、分類地位、生物學(xué)特性、營(yíng)養(yǎng)價(jià)值、活性成分、液體培養(yǎng)栽培技術(shù)和遺傳育種等方面的研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了綜述,并對(duì)其開(kāi)發(fā)前景和存在問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了展望。
【Abstract】 Panus giganteus is a very rare edible fungus with good development prospect.The present situation of scientific name,taxonomic status,biological characteristics,nutritional value,active components,liquid culture and genetic breeding of P.giganteus were introduced,while the future research prospect and problems were suggested in this paper.
