【摘要】 用不同配比香蕉莖葉進(jìn)行平菇母種培養(yǎng)基配方篩選及平菇栽培試驗(yàn)。結(jié)果表明,母種培養(yǎng)基配方4或配方3,平菇菌絲體生長(zhǎng)最好,栽培以A配方較適合平菇生長(zhǎng)。
 

【Abstract】 Using different ratio of banana stems and leaves in medium,the formula of mother culture medium and cultivation of Pleurotus ostreatus were studied.The results showed that the mycelium growth were best in formula 4 or 3 of mother culture medium.The formula A was more suitable to cultivate Pleurotus ostreatus.
