【摘要】 對(duì)10個(gè)杏鮑菇菌株進(jìn)行生產(chǎn)性能比較研究,經(jīng)過(guò)對(duì)菌絲生長(zhǎng)速度、子實(shí)體產(chǎn)量、子實(shí)體生物學(xué)效率、子實(shí)體多糖含量及子實(shí)體形態(tài)特征的分析比較。結(jié)果表明,在這10個(gè)被試菌株中,農(nóng)杏為綜合性狀最優(yōu)菌株,菌絲生長(zhǎng)速度快,產(chǎn)量高,子實(shí)體容重大、多糖含量高,是做為栽培菌株的最佳選擇。
【Abstract】 Studies on the comparisons of ten strains of pleurotus eryngii had done,and a content analysis of the growth rate of mycelium,yield,biological efficiency,polysaccharide content and morphological character of fruiting body were studied.The re sults showed that the strain of Nongxing is the best in the ten tested strains,and it was the best choice as a cultivated strain for the high growth rate of mycelium,high yield,fruiting bodies of major capacity and high polysaccharide content.
