【摘要】 采用杏鮑菇2號(hào)菌株進(jìn)行工廠化袋栽生產(chǎn)工藝試驗(yàn)。結(jié)果表明,適當(dāng)提高杏鮑菇栽培袋裝料量,可提高其相對(duì)產(chǎn)量;杏鮑菇子實(shí)體的生長(zhǎng)發(fā)育主要靠培養(yǎng)基自身的含水量,一定的含水量是確保其高產(chǎn)、優(yōu)質(zhì)的先決條件;麥粒菌種具有菌絲萌發(fā)速度快,菌絲強(qiáng)壯,接種方便的特點(diǎn),可縮短生長(zhǎng)周期節(jié)約成本;杏鮑菇菌種長(zhǎng)滿培養(yǎng)料時(shí),經(jīng)一定后熟期,促使培養(yǎng)料養(yǎng)分充分分解和積累,可滿足子實(shí)體生長(zhǎng)發(fā)育的需求;后熟后,采用牛苔蘚草覆蓋,既能保濕、防止雜菌污染,又能有效控制空氣交換,有利于杏鮑菇子實(shí)體的正常生長(zhǎng)。

【Abstract】 Pleurotus eryngii No.2 strain was used in the commercial production of Pleurotus eryngii and the effects of different treatments on the yield and quality of P.eryngii in bag cultivation mode were valuated.The experimental results showed that the relative yield of P.eryngii could be improved by raising cultivating material in plastic bags appropriately.Growth and development of fruiting bodies mostly depend on water content of culture medium.Certain water content of culture medium was the prior condition of high quality.Wheat strains has the advantage of faster germination speed,stronger mycelia,more convenient in inoculating,which can save cost.And it was also proved in our experiments that the yield and quality of P.eryngii were higher if the bags covered with niu tai xian which was able to keep moisture,and to protect the mycelia from wild mold contamination after scratching.
