【摘要】 浙江省食用菌生產(chǎn)總量不斷增長(zhǎng),栽培區(qū)域不斷拓展,特色優(yōu)勢(shì)布局形成,循環(huán)生產(chǎn)和集約化生產(chǎn)已成為浙江食用菌產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力和發(fā)展方向。充分利用食用菌的優(yōu)勢(shì),發(fā)展循環(huán)生產(chǎn),對(duì)食用菌產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)、產(chǎn)業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展和建設(shè)生態(tài)高效農(nóng)業(yè)都具有十分重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。確定重點(diǎn)區(qū)域,突出主導(dǎo)品種,建設(shè)循環(huán)生產(chǎn)示范區(qū),創(chuàng)新循環(huán)生產(chǎn)模式,做好產(chǎn)業(yè)間的銜接規(guī)劃,培育實(shí)施主體,加大對(duì)關(guān)鍵技術(shù)的攻關(guān)研究和政策扶持力度,以促進(jìn)食用菌產(chǎn)業(yè)穩(wěn)定發(fā)展。

【Abstract】 The total yeild of mushroom production in Zhejiang Province continues to increase,and the special advantages layout were formed.Circulation production and intensive production had become the core competence and direction for development of Zhejiang mushroom industry.Making full use of the advantages of mushroom had a very important practical significance for mushroom industry transformation and upgrading,the sustainable development of industry and eco-efficient agriculture.Determining the key areas and dominant species,constructing revolving production demonstration area and innovativing cycle production mode were the important points.The key technology study and policy support were strengthened to promote the stable development of mushroom industry.
