【摘要】 采用Roche 454 GS FLX測(cè)序技術(shù)和Solexa測(cè)序技術(shù)相結(jié)合,進(jìn)行了草菇(Volvariella volvacea)全基因組的測(cè)序,最終獲得了長(zhǎng)度為35.67Mb的草菇全基因組序列。通過(guò)生物信息學(xué)預(yù)測(cè),獲得了11097個(gè)蛋白編碼基因,其中5516個(gè)基因有明確的功能注釋信息。這是在國(guó)際上首次報(bào)道的草菇基因組框架圖。
【Abstract】 The two next-generation high-throughput approaches of Roche 454 GS FLX and Illumina Solexa have been used to sequence the genome of Volvariella volvacea. The genome is 35.67 Mb in size and encodes 11 097 proteins based on the bioinformatics prediction. Among the total predicted genes,5 516 genes have been assigned either a definitive or tentative function. This represents the first report of a draft V. volvacea genomic sequence.
