【摘要】 從靈芝(Ganoderma lucidum)子實體中分離純化得到中性三萜部分,經(jīng)HPLC檢測發(fā)現(xiàn)主要有8個峰,與靈芝三萜酸性部分的峰基本不重疊。靈芝中性三萜部分對多種腫瘤細胞的增殖有抑制作用,并觀察到可誘導腸癌SW620細胞凋亡。
【Abstract】 A neutral triterpene fraction (NTF) isolated from Ganoderma lucidum fruit bodies was shown by HPLC to consist of eight major components which differed from the constituents in an acidic triterpenoid fraction (ATF). The NTF inhibited the proliferation of several tumor cell lines and induced apoptotic bodies in SW620 tumor cells.
