【摘要】 為研究姬松茸(Agaricus blazei)粗多糖的抗氧化作用,對(duì)姬松茸粗多糖的還原能力、螯合金屬離子能力,清除DPPH·和O2-·的能力及體外抗脂質(zhì)過氧化能力進(jìn)行測定。結(jié)果表明,姬松茸粗多糖具有一定的抗氧化能力,且隨其濃度的增加而增強(qiáng)。當(dāng)濃度為2mg/mL時(shí),還原力測試混合液的吸光值為0.293,對(duì)金屬螯合率、DPPH·和O2-·的清除率以及體外脂質(zhì)過氧化抑制率分別為40.1%、88.8%、71.2%和84.5%。
【Abstract】 Antioxidant activity of Agaricus blazei Murill polysaccharide was evaluated by measuring ferricyanide reducing activity,metal chelating activity,DPPH· and O2-· scavenging activities,and lipid oxidation inhibiting activity in vitro. Values of all the test indices increased with increasing concentrations of crude polysaccharide. At 2 mg/mL polysaccharide concentration,low ferricyanide reducing activity was detectable,and recorded metal chelating,DPPH· and O2-· scavenging,and lipid oxidation inhibiting activities were 40.1%,88.8%,71.2% and 84.5%,respectively.
