【中文摘要】 采用熱水浸提法提取裂蓋馬鞍菌(Helvella leucopus Pers.)子實(shí)體粗多糖,然后分別采用DPPH法、水楊酸法、鄰苯三酚自氧化法測(cè)定粗多糖清除二苯代苦味?;杂苫?DPPH.)、羥自由基(.OH)和超氧陰離子自由基(.O2-)的活性。結(jié)果表明,裂蓋馬鞍菌子實(shí)體水溶性粗多糖得率為21.92 mg/g(干重);在試驗(yàn)條件下,粗多糖對(duì)DPPH.、.OH和.O2-最高清除率分別為96.88%(5 mg/mL)、94.48%(10 mg/mL)和92.82%(10 mg/mL),對(duì)DPPH.、.OH和.O2-清除作用的EC50分別為0.68 mg/mL、0.85 mg/mL和0.59 mg/mL;裂蓋馬鞍菌子實(shí)體粗多糖具有一定的體外抗氧化活性。
【英文摘要】 1,1-Diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl(DPPH·),hydroxyl(·OH) and superoxide anion(·O-2) radical scavenging activities of crude polysaccharide extracted with hot water from fruit bodies of Helvella leucopus(21.92 mg/g dry weight) were determined using DPPH,salicylic acid and pyrograllol,respectively.Highest radical scavenging activities of 96.88%(DPPH·),94.48%(·OH) and 92.82%(·O-2) were recorded with crude polysaccharide concentrations of 5 mg/mL,10 mg/mL,and 10 mg/mL respectively,and the corresponding EC50 values were 0.68 mg/mL,0.85 mg/mL and 0.59 mg/mL.Our data demonstrated that crude polysaccharide from H.leucopus fruit bodies exhibited antioxidant activity in vitro.
