【中文摘要】 以平菇(Pleurotus ostreatus)生產(chǎn)污染料為主料,添加麥草秸桿、尿素等輔料,經(jīng)發(fā)酵處理,進(jìn)行雞腿菇(Coprinus comatus)栽培試驗。結(jié)果表明,培養(yǎng)料(/kg):污染料790 g,新鮮麥草秸稈150 g,生石灰20 g,過磷酸鈣20 g,尿素10 g,種料10 g(其中,首次建堆種料為干制牛糞,其他批次為前一次發(fā)酵培養(yǎng)料),料水比1∶1.5,pH 78,用于雞腿菇栽培,發(fā)菌成功率達(dá)90%95%,出菇率達(dá)80%以上,生物學(xué)效率為43.5%59.4%;試驗期間,培養(yǎng)料建堆越晚,所需發(fā)酵時間也越短,雞腿菇產(chǎn)量越高。

【英文摘要】 Pleurotus ostreatus composts that had become contaminated during mushroom cultivation were supplemented with wheat straw and,after fermentation,used to cultivate Coprinus comatus.Four batches of cultivation substrate(pH 78),consisting of(per 100 g) contaminated compost 79 g,fresh wheat straw 15 g,quicklime 2 g,calcium superphosphate 2 g,urea 1 g,and a water-to-solid ratio of 1.5∶1,were prepared in sequence.Fermentation in the first batch of supplemented compost was initiated with 1%(w/w) dried cattle manure and,in subsequent batches,with 1% of the previous batch of fermented substrate.Mycelial colonization of the fermented cultivation substrate by C.comatus,fruiting frequency and biological efficiency values over the four batches were 90%95%,>80% and 43.5%～59.4%,respectively.Fermentation times were progressively shorter,and C.comatus fruit body yields progressively higher,with each batch of supplemented compost.
