【中文摘要】 以人肺癌細(xì)胞NCI-H460、中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)癌細(xì)胞SF-268及乳腺癌細(xì)胞MCF-7為供試細(xì)胞株,采用MTT(四甲基偶氮唑鹽)法對(duì)毛蜂窩菌(Hexagona apiaria)野生子實(shí)體、栽培子實(shí)體、培養(yǎng)廢料、發(fā)酵菌絲體的醇提物和發(fā)酵液乙酸乙酯萃取物、發(fā)酵液水相部分等各提取物進(jìn)行了體外抗腫瘤活性研究。結(jié)果表明,毛蜂窩菌發(fā)酵液乙酸乙酯萃取物對(duì)三種腫瘤細(xì)胞株都有較明顯的抑制作用,抑制率達(dá)80%以上;其它提取物也有一定的抑制作用,但抑制率在40%以下。
【英文摘要】 The anti-tumor activities of Hexagona apiaria extracts were evaluated with NCI-H460,SF-268 and MCF-7 cell lines using the 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium(MTT) method.Ethyl acetate extracts of the spent submerged culture medium significantly inhibited(>80%) all three tumor cell lines.Inhibitory effects were also observed with ethanolic extracts of both wild and artificially cultivated fruit bodies,spent compost after artificial cultivation,and fungal mycelium grown in submerged culture,as well as the aqueous phase remaining after ethyl acetate extraction of spent submerged culture medium,although the level of inhibition was <40% in all cases.
