【中文摘要】 用對峙培養(yǎng)技術(shù)在PDA平板上對10株香菇菌株的營養(yǎng)體不親合性進行了研究。結(jié)果表明,供試菌株的營養(yǎng)體不親合性表現(xiàn)可分為兩種不親合類型和一種親合類型。在2次重復實驗中表現(xiàn)完全一致的有48對組合,占87.3%;表現(xiàn)不同但仍可認為是親合類型而不影響結(jié)果性質(zhì)的有4例,占7.3%,分別是135×66、9015×66、9015×7402和Cr04×野生50;表現(xiàn)出相反的結(jié)果,影響親合性判定的有3例占5.4%,分別是Cr04×26、Cr04×申香10號和26×蘇香。11株供試香菇菌株間營養(yǎng)體不親合性的表現(xiàn)以不親合類型為主,第一種和第二種不親合類型分別出現(xiàn)86次(78.2%)和13次(11.8%);親合類型(第三種類型)較少,有11次(10%)。135、939和9015間彼此親合,它們與其它菌株均表現(xiàn)不親合。申香10號與26親合,2菌株與除Cr04和蘇香以外的菌株均不親合。
【英文摘要】 Somatic incompatibility (SI) between ten cultivars and one wild-type strain of Lentinula edodes was determined from mycelial growth confrontation reactions on potato dextrose agar plates. Two types of SI reactions were observed, together with one type of somatic compatibility (SC) reaction. Identical SI or SC reactions were recorded in duplicate confrontation tests between 48 pairs of L. edodes strains yielded, accounting for 87.3% of the total 110 test pairings. Different SI reactions were observed in duplicate pairings between strains 135 and 66, 9015 and 66, 9015 and 7402, and Cr04 and 50 (7.3% of the total). The opposite reaction (from SI to SC or vice versa) was observed in three sets of duplicate confrontation tests (5.4% of the total pairings) involving strains Cr04 and 26, Cr04 and Shenxiang 10, and 26 and Suxiang.
