【中文摘要】 采用菌絲生長速率法研究了竹醋液對7種食用菌菌絲生長的影響。結(jié)果表明,竹醋液在供試濃度下對金針菇(Flammulina velutipes)、杏鮑菇(Pleurotus eryngii)和雙孢蘑菇(Agaricus bisporus)的菌絲生長均具有顯著抑制作用,最高抑制率可達(dá)100%;而對秀珍菇(P.geesteranus)、黑木耳(Auricularia auricula)、香菇(Lentinula edodes)和灰樹花(Grifola frondosa)菌絲生長,則在較高供試濃度條件下表現(xiàn)強(qiáng)烈的抑制作用,在低供試濃度條件下表現(xiàn)顯著促進(jìn)作用。
【英文摘要】 The effects of supplementing the growth medium with different concentrations of bamboo vinegar on the mycelial growth of seven edible mushrooms were determined.Mycelial growth of Flammulina velutipes,Pleurotus eryngii and Agaricus bisporus was increasingly inhibited(up to 100%)with increasing concentrations of bamboo vinegar over the range tested.Higher concentrations of bamboo vinegar inhibited mycelial growth of P.geesteranus,Auricularia auricula,Lentinula edodes and Grifola frondosa whereas lower concentrations had a significant growth-promoting effect.
