【中文摘要】 以應(yīng)用較為廣泛的石蠟保水膜為對(duì)照,比較了三種菌興保水膜和免割袋對(duì)花菇菌棒保水效果、花菇產(chǎn)量和花菇發(fā)生率的影響。出菇前保水結(jié)果表明,應(yīng)用菌興102保水膜的花菇菌棒日均失水量為4.6 g,比對(duì)照石蠟?zāi)さ?.8 g,差異達(dá)到極顯著水平;應(yīng)用免割袋的花菇菌棒日均失水量為6.8 g,比對(duì)照石蠟?zāi)じ?.4 g,差異達(dá)極顯著水平。應(yīng)用各種保水膜的干花菇袋單產(chǎn)均可達(dá)到70 g以上。應(yīng)用菌興100、101、102保水膜和免割袋與對(duì)照石蠟?zāi)さ幕ü桨l(fā)生率分別為50.9%、51.0%、54.1%、42.9%和53.7%。差異顯著性分析表明,菌興系列保水膜與石蠟?zāi)さ牟町惒伙@著,而免割袋與石蠟?zāi)さ牟町愡_(dá)到了極顯著水平。從保水效果、花菇產(chǎn)量、花菇發(fā)生率和生產(chǎn)成本來(lái)看,菌興102保水膜可替代石蠟保水膜用于花菇生產(chǎn),具有廣闊的應(yīng)用前景。
【英文摘要】 The effects of three novel Junxing coatings on the water retention capacity of artificial logs used for Lentinula edodes cultivation,on total fruit body yields,and on the proportion of 'flower-cracked' fruit bodies,were evaluated using a paraffin coating as the control.Average water losses of 4.6 g per day were recorded for logs treated with Junxing coating 102 which was significantly lower (p 0.01) than average water losses from controls.Dry weight fruit body yields from logs subjected to all treatments reached 70 g per log, and the relative proportions of 'flower-cracked' fruit bodies were 50.9%,51.0%,54.1%,42.9% and 53.7% for Junxing coatings 100,101,102,a thin polyethylene bag covering and paraffin coated controls, respectively.Based on our data relating to water retention capacity,fruit body yields and production costs, Junxing coating 102 represents an economically viable alternative to paraffin coatings in L. edodes production.
