【中文摘要】 采用超臨界CO_2萃取法提取靈芝孢子油,通過正交試驗確定最佳萃取條件是:萃取壓力、溫度、時間分別為25 MPa、45℃、60 min,CO_2流量25 L/h,在此條件下出油率可達3.96%。靈芝孢子油具有清除NaNO_2和DPPH(1,1-Diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl)自由基的作用,并且其清除作用隨孢子油用量的增加而增加。
【英文摘要】 Orthogonal testing was used to optimize the conditions for extracting oil from Ganoderma lucidum spores using supercritical CO_2 fluid technology.Oil yields (3.96%) were highest under the following conditions:25 Mpa pressure,45℃extraction temperature,60 min extraction time and a CO2 flux of 25 L/h. Extracted spore oil was active in scavenging NaNO2 and DPPH (1,1-Diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl):NaNO_2 scavenging activity increased from 23.5% to 70.1% when the concentration of spore oil was increased from 1% to 5%,and DPPH scavenging activity increased from 20.2% to 40.5% when concentration of spore oil was increased from 1.25% to 10%.
