【中文摘要】 以香菇菌種939和本所實驗菌株中19為親本,進行原生質體單核體分離和配對雜交。對雜交組合和親本菌株的菌蓋直徑、厚度,菌柄長度、直徑等性狀進行考察。結果表明,10個雜交組合在子實體外觀形態(tài)上與親本存在明顯的差異,且原生質體單核體雜交后代的農(nóng)藝性狀表現(xiàn)規(guī)律與親本交配型的類型存在一定的關聯(lián)。
【英文摘要】 Protoplast monokaryons were prepared from Lentinula edodes,strains 939 and Zhong-19,and eight and two protoplast monokaryons respectively from the two parent strains were intercrossed after determining the mating type.Ten hybrid offspring strains were selected based on mycelial growth rate and used in fruiting tests.Comparison of fruit body characteristics of both hybrid and parental strains revealed variations in the diameter and thickness of fruit body pilei,and the length and diameter of fruit body stipes,which were related to the mating type.
