【中文摘要】 紫芝發(fā)酵液經(jīng)離心、乙酸乙酯萃取后進行硅膠柱層析,采用環(huán)己烷-乙酸乙酯和乙酸乙酯-乙醇系統(tǒng)梯度洗脫并結(jié)晶得化合物L(fēng)Z-1。通過對LZ-1的紫外、質(zhì)譜和核磁共振等波譜數(shù)據(jù)進行分析,結(jié)合文獻對照確定該化合物的結(jié)構(gòu)為吲哚-2,3-二酮,即靛紅。

【英文摘要】 Concentrated Ganoderma sinensis fermentation broths were extracted with ethyl acetate.Extracts were applied to a silica gel column and eluted with cyclohexane-ethyl acetate and with ethyl acetate-ethanol.The crystallized product,Compound LZ-1,was identified as indole-2,3-dione(isatin) based on UV,MS and NMR spectral data.
