【中文摘要】 從野外采集、分離純化得到硫磺菌(Laetiporus sulphureus)菌株,并進行硫磺菌的固體和液體培養(yǎng)試驗。試驗表明,硫磺菌在復合PDA培養(yǎng)基上生長良好,菌絲生長速度為3.2mm/d;在代料栽培中以麥粒或櫟木屑培養(yǎng)基培養(yǎng)硫磺菌菌種時菌絲生長速度快,菌絲濃密;從8種液體培養(yǎng)基配方中篩選出菌絲體產(chǎn)量較高的配方,配方為:葡萄糖30g,豆粉20g,玉米粉10g,酵母提取物5g,KH2PO41g,CaCO32g,MgSO40.5g,水1000mL,菌絲體產(chǎn)量為22g/100mL。
【英文摘要】 The effects of different culture media and solid-substrate formulae on the growth and vigor of Laetiporus sulphureus mycelium was evaluated.A mycelial growth rate of 3.2 mm/d was recorded on enriched potato dextrose agar medium,and high growth rates and vigorous mycelium were also obtained during cultivation on either wheat or oak sawdust substrates.In submerged culture,mycelial biomass production was highest(220 g/L)in a medium that contained(per litre)30 g glucose,20 g soybean powder,10 g corn powder,5 g yeast extract,2 g CaCO3,1 g KH2PO4 and 0.5 g MgSO4.
