【中文摘要】 Thirteen kinds of yellow and three kinds of white monokaryons were isolated from mycelium of eight Flammulina velutipes strains using the monokaryon protoplast technique. Of these, five yellow and two white monokaryons produced monokaryotic fruit bodies.
